Routine maintenance and a few small repairs can add 5 to 10 years to a roof. It's harder work for less money, and Sam does it anyway.
While we're up there, we look for the trouble a leak points to: termites, rotting wood, ceiling stains, a musty attic. Then we tell you straight what it needs.

Emergency repairs
A tree or a big limb comes down on the house, the ceiling starts dripping. We come the same day, tarp it and stop the water. Save the number before the next storm.
Insurance claims
Sam has held a Texas insurance adjuster license since 2005. After a big storm, a lot of his customers call him before the insurance company even shows up, and he helps them through the claim.
Windstorm training
Sam completed the Texas Windstorm Insurance certification training, which only licensed adjusters can take.
Leak detection
Some leaks hide. We use an infrared camera and an electronic moisture meter to find where the water really gets in, so it gets fixed once.
Attic ventilation
Ridge vents pull the hot air out of your attic. Your shingles last longer and the power bill drops. Sam put them on his own house and felt the difference that same day.
